The PGS Race Team is our highest-level development program for riders serious about racing, progression, and representing PGS both on and off the bike. Riders receive structured coaching, race support, team training, and mentorship throughout the season.
The Elite Race Team is invite-only, with limited spots available each year to ensure every rider receives the time, attention, and quality of coaching they deserve. Invitations are based on commitment, attitude, work ethic, and being a positive part of the PGS community.
